Registration Methods

Round 1 - AI Video Upload
Students can submit works of no more than 90 seconds through the AI online speech system. The AI will analyze the works, and scores from the judges will be added to select the top 100 finalists.

Scoring Criteria:
• Content: 50% • Tone and fluency: 30% • Organization: 10% • Use of body language: 10% • Total score: 100%
Video: Video of no more than 90 seconds / Script: Text of no more than 300 words
Shooting Background: Students should ensure a neat and tidy appearance (wearing school uniforms is preferred) and are advised to film in a quiet and suitable environment.

Round 2 - Training & Social Media Promotion
The top 100 finalists will receive training and must attend at least 4 training activities to earn a certificate and advance to the third stage. Finalists are required to post text and photos/videos on the Facebook/REDnote (Xiaohongshu) after each activity, documenting their experiences.
Finalists must give a speech to share their observations and insights from the training, and judges will select the top 10 representatives from each group (a total of 30 people) to meet with the judges.

Round 4 - Final Meeting
Outstanding students will present a 2-minute explanation to the judging panel to introduce a plan for promoting ‘Civic Education’ in schools/society.
