Introduction

  • Select 'Civic Education' elites from across Hong Kong.
  • Students can submit works of no more than 90 seconds through the online speech system.
  • Judges and AI will select a shortlist of the top 100.
  • Shortlisted students will receive a series of practical training sessions, including in-depth visits to the core areas of the TVB News & Information Services Division, the Hong Kong Police Force’s 'Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau', 'Narcotics Bureau', and 'Financial Intelligence and Investigation Bureau', and will also receive AI filming training.
  • Promising graduating students will be awarded the title of “Citizenship Education Commissioner” by the academic community. They will also receive ongoing professional training.

Professional Training

  • The top 100 students on the shortlist will receive over 13 hours of professional training.

Award Ceremony

  • The award ceremony will take place at the police headquarters.
  • Award-winning students, schools, and parents will be invited to attend the ceremony and will have the opportunity to be interviewed by the media.
